Printing your digital No Limits Planner

Our digital planner is designed to be easy to print on 8.5x11 paper (each page is exactly half a sheet!). There are two ways to print the planner that we’d recommend to make the most of your paper.

No matter what, always print a small test of just the first several pages to make sure your settings work properly! Every printer is different and you may need to tweak settings.

DUPLEX PRINTING

If you have the ability to print on 5.5 x 8.5 pieces of paper, duplex printing might be for you! This will print the planner with one page per side. You can also use duplex printing on normal 8.5 x 11 paper, and just hole punch the sheets and store them in a binder when you’re done. Each spread will take up an entire side of the page, so it will be similar to using the bound planner!

Print duplex using Adobe Acrobat or Reader:

  1. Open the PDF

  2. File > Print

  3. Match the settings here:

Print duplex using Preview (Mac OS):

  1. Open the PDF

  2. File > Print

  3. Where you see “Preview” in the drop down under Orientation, select Layout

  4. Match the settings here:

BOOKLET PRINTING

Booklet printing is a bit more complicated, and adjusts the order of the pages and prints on both sides of 8.5x11 paper, so you can cut or fold the stack of printed pages in half and have the entire planner in order, sized appropriately.

Booklet printing won’t make any sense unless you plan to cut/fold the planner, because of how it rearranges the page order. You must have the ability to print on both sides of the page to take advantage of booklet printing. (Pro tip: Fedex/Kinko’s/Staples, or any other quick service print shops should be able do this for you!)

Print booklet style using Adobe Acrobat or Reader:

  1. Open the PDF

  2. File > Print

  3. Match the settings here:

Once your planner finishes printing, you can fold or cut the stack exactly in half, and your pages will be in the correct order!

With either print method, you can try a DIY binding method to keep it all together!
